These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by J & L Power Washing. By requesting an estimate, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

J & L Power Washing provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Window Cleaning
• Pressure Washing
• Soft Washing
• Gutter Brightening
• Christmas Light Installation and Removal

We also offer recurring window cleaning maintenance plans, including monthly, quarterly, tri-annual, and bi-annual service options. Maintenance plan benefits may include discounted pricing, complimentary screen cleaning (where applicable), a 7-day rain guarantee, and discounts on additional services. Benefits are subject to change and will be outlined when enrolling.

Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, scheduling, and property accessibility.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Services are scheduled by appointment.
• We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
• If our technicians arrive and are unable to perform the work due to inaccessible areas, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside our control, a trip charge may apply.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Free estimates are provided with no obligation.
• Final pricing may vary if property conditions differ from those disclosed during the estimate or if additional services are requested.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept approved payment methods communicated at the time of service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and unobstructed access to all work areas.
• Securing pets during service.
• Removing personal belongings, vehicles, decorations, or obstacles that may interfere with the work.
• Informing us of any existing damage, delicate surfaces, or special instructions before service begins.

Failure to provide safe working conditions may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional charges.

5. Liability

J & L Power Washing uses professional equipment and industry-approved cleaning methods designed to protect your property.

However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to siding, roofing, gutters, windows, screens, paint, concrete, or other exterior surfaces.
• Damage resulting from deteriorated, improperly installed, aged, or defective materials.
• Water intrusion caused by existing structural defects.
• Damage resulting from unsafe conditions outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will inspect the concern and make reasonable efforts to resolve any service-related issues.

Window cleaning services covered under our maintenance plans include a 7-day rain guarantee, subject to normal weather-related conditions and exclusions.

7. Weather Policy

Some services may need to be postponed due to rain, lightning, high winds, freezing temperatures, or other weather conditions that could affect safety or service quality.

We will contact you promptly to reschedule your appointment if necessary.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• Unsafe working conditions exist.
• Property conditions present a risk of damage or injury.
• Harassment or abusive behavior occurs.
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
